Terms of Service

1. Service description

HoomTV ("we", "us", "our") provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic program guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorized device per subscription. Details of what is carried are published on our channel list.

2. Account registration

• You must supply accurate, complete and current information when ordering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in the United States, to hold an account.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription plans and payment

HoomTV offers subscription plans of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, plus a discounted introductory 1-month plan for new customers. Current prices for every plan are displayed on our pricing page and again at checkout: $8.99 introductory month, $12.99 for one month, $24.99 for three months, $39.99 for six months and $54.99 for twelve months.

• All prices are shown and charged in US dollars.
• Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely; HoomTV does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once an account has been activated, reflecting the immediate digital nature of the Service. Two exceptions apply: a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours may attract a pro-rata credit, and a confirmed duplicate charge is refunded in full. Requests must reach [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event. The complete mechanism is documented in our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your account credentials to any third party.
• Use the Service to broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, DRM protections or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that breaches applicable law in the United States or elsewhere.
• Use the Service to access content in regions where such access is prohibited.

Violation results in immediate account termination without refund. Legitimate resale is available exclusively through our reseller program.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming across multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application, as documented in our setup guide. HoomTV does not provide support for third-party applications.

7. Service availability

HoomTV targets and consistently measures 99.9% uptime. We do not, however, guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance (announced in advance where possible), unplanned technical issues, third-party content provider disruptions, or force majeure events. HoomTV is not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service — live channels, video-on-demand titles, logos and EPG data — remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. HoomTV claims no ownership of third-party content and grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view content for personal use only. The HoomTV name, logo and website design are our property and may not be used without written permission. See also our DMCA and copyright policy.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, without prior notice and without refund. You may cancel at any time by contacting [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOOMTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be published at https://hoomtv.com/terms.html with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
