About usTake control of your viewing
HoomTV exists because the gap between what American households pay for television and what they actually watch had become absurd. We built an all-in-one subscription that puts global and premium channels on top-tier servers, and we priced it like we expect you to stay.
Started by people who cancelled cable and could not find a decent replacement
HoomTV began in 2019 with a small team in Minneapolis who had done what a lot of Americans were doing: cut the cord, then discovered the replacement was four separate subscriptions that still could not show a Thursday night game without an extra pass.
The IPTV services on offer at the time were worse. Streams that froze at kickoff, guide data stuck on "No Information Available", and a support channel that was a Telegram account answering once a day. We were convinced the underlying idea was sound and the execution was simply lazy.
So we built the version we wanted: proper edge infrastructure in Ashburn, Dallas and Frankfurt, real guide data refreshed several times daily, one supported application documented to death, and a desk staffed at 3am because that is when a stream breaks.
Seven years on we serve subscribers in all fifty states with a 4.8 out of 5 rating across 1,476 verified reviews.
Four commitments we do not bend on
These are the decisions that shaped the product, including the ones that cost us money.
Honest pricing
One price, everything included. No sports tier, no 4K surcharge, no PPV upsell. What the intro month buys is what the annual plan buys.
Infrastructure first
We spend on bandwidth and edge capacity rather than advertising. That is why one device per line is a rule — it protects the stream quality everyone else is paying for.
Real support
A human answers, at any hour, in the channel you prefer. No ticket triage, no chatbot loop, no queue position.
Straight dealing
Our terms, refund policy and copyright position are written in plain English and say exactly what we will and will not do.
A deliberately small stack, maintained properly
Most providers in this space try to be everything: five apps, ten device types, unlimited connections, a reseller panel bolted on as an afterthought. Every one of those choices dilutes the thing customers actually care about, which is whether the picture holds during a live broadcast.
- One player. IBO Player, documented exhaustively in our setup guide, supported by staff who know it cold.
- One device per line. Undivided bandwidth is the single biggest determinant of stream stability.
- Three edge regions. Ashburn and Dallas for US traffic, Frankfurt for the European feeds we carry.
- Continuous source monitoring. Problem feeds are detected and rerouted automatically, usually before anyone reports them.
If you would rather see it than read about it, the channel list is public and searchable by country.
