Yes. Every tier carries the same 25,000+ channels, the same 99,000-title vault, the same 4K/HEVC feeds and the same support desk. There is no premium channel pack, no sports surcharge and no PPV add-on to buy separately.
No. HoomTV plans are paid once and run for the period you bought. Nothing is charged again unless you place a new order yourself. Details are set out in our terms of service.
Message the desk and we will roll you over. Whatever is left on your current line is applied as credit toward the longer term, and your existing credentials carry across untouched — no reconfiguring anything on the TV.
Where our own infrastructure is at fault and the disruption runs past three full days without a break, we apply a proportional credit against your following period. How to claim it, and what evidence we need, is spelled out in the refund policy.
Households buying two or three lines get them at list price, but anyone wanting volume should look at the credit-based reseller program, where a single line works out substantially cheaper.
